August Mayer - Scenographer. During August Mayer’s career, he has worked on a number of film, theatre, and dance productions during and after graduating with a BA at Colorado State University. His career includes assistant costume designer for Lysistrata (Thrust Theater - Colorado State University - 2021), associate scenic designer for The Rocky Horror Show (Thrust Theater - Colorado State University - 2022), costume designer for The Wolves (Lory Student Center field - Colorado State University - 2022), scenic designer for The Tender Land (Griffin Concert Hall - Colorado State University - 2023), assistant costume designer for Aida and Oliver! (Utah Festival of Opera and Musical Theatre - 2023), and assistant costume designer for multiple vertical series (Unreal Imagine - 2024). In addition to design, he also has firsthand costume shop experience at multiple theatres working as a costume crafts specialist, alterations specialist, stitcher, and dyer.
